Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide across New Zealand at a standard flat rate of $8. All orders are sent with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number once your items are ready to be dispatched.

Because each product is custom-made and personalised, please allow 5–7 days for processing before your order is shipped.

Once an order has left our premises, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. Wayli Whirls is not liable for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. All delivery issues or inquiries must be followed up directly with the courier using your tracking number.

We securely package every order with care, and by placing an order you agree to these shipping terms.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that no refunds or returns are accepted on customized or personalized orders.

All other returns must be approved and agreed upon by Wayli Whirls before being sent back. Requests for returns must be made within 48 days from the delivery date as shown on your tracking information.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
